FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What form of artwork do you prefer?
Our first choice is vector art. Either a Corel Draw file (.cdr) or an Adobe Illustrator file (.ai) Please convert all text to curves because sometimes fonts which are unavailable create mistakes. If vector art is not available then a graphic file in either .jpeg .eps .bmp or. Tiff format will work. If graphic files are not available, we can also use camera-ready art. If none of these are available, then there could be an additional charge to prepare the art for digitizing.
What is the best way to send artwork?
The easiest way is to send an email with attached design file. Or just logging on to your ID from our website www.thecreativepunch.weebly.com and Place Order
How can I send an art image or design?
We can accept just about everything from a computer generated image, to a fax of a doodle on a bar napkin. All we really need is a relatively clear image with the color separations. If we are not sure we understand what the image is we will ask or provide an art proof for you to verify the image with us. We have a state of the art Art Department that will be able to handle about anything that you need.
How do you ensure quality?
We sew and inspect each digitized design to ensure the design is sharp and clean. If we find any problem, and we ever found, we correct it and sew it again. We do this until it is finally perfect. This final sample image is provided FREE of charge to you when we send the embroidery file by email.
How will I receive my completed design?
Designs are sent attached to an email provided to you or you can download it from our website by logging on to your ID.

Artwork Submission Guidelines.
We accept artwork in almost any PC based format provided that the images are clear enough for us to see all of the details. Remember, the better the artwork, the better the digitizing. You may send art as vector (EPS & CDR) or bitmap (jpg, gif, bmp). For bitmap images, 200 to 300 dpi resolution should be enough to achieve good result. For vector artwork, be sure to convert the fonts to curves or lines. If the fonts are not converted, we may see a different font and digitize the file incorrectly. We also request that your comments be specific if your artwork is not self-explanatory (additions, deletions, all fill, etc).
Do you keep backups of client's files?
Yes, we keep our customers digitized files archived for many years. If at some future date you lose track of them, you can always contact us and we will resend them to you. This is an automatic service that very few of our competitors offer
